Abstract
This paper delas with general limits of insurance protection. insurance protection and its limits are defined by Act No. 37/2004 Coll., on insurance policy. The essential limits of insurance protection are the the requirement of the written form, contigency of the isured event, exclusion of deliberate action, good faith of both parties, obligation to pay against loss and damage and of agreed sum insurance.
