Health care costs of the General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic from a (geo)demographic view

Abstract

General Health Insurance Company (VZP CR) associates more than 60% of the insured in the Czech Republic, thereby generating the highest health care costs of all stakeholders in the health insurance market. Poster aims to show how these costs vary with age or place of residence of the insured, what is the current cost structure of individual segments or medical care, according to the classification ICD-10.
