The new Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) regulates in its paragraphs also the construction process and regulation of buildings. This private approach thus overlaps with fairly detailed regulation of the Building Act (Act No. 183/2006 Coll.).
Both regulations will now also deal with aspects of the owner or owners of neighboring land in the construction works and usage of the building. The paper will selected three institutes of construction law and analysed them.
