Abstract

The main subject-matter of this contribution is the discussion of the issues of how deely the post-WW II trials with Nazis were influenced by ideas of the so called revolutionary justice. From the purely historical perspective the trials (before the allied tribunals and national courts) can be perceived as a prevalence of the principle that everybody should stand for a fair trial.

However, in broader context the issue is more complicated.
