Abstract
The article intends substantively on the issues related to the state of Czech environmental law, and of course in EU and international context. The paper sought to evaluate the efficiency, performance rights in its three basic dimensions - theoretically legal, legislative process and the practical application and interpretation.
In conclusion, then try some partial conclusions and recommendations from the perspective of de lege aspects. The authors are propagated and inspired in literature and foreign legal jurisdictions, especially us socially and biologically closest neighboring German-speaking countries.
