Rehabilitation as a form of reparation

Publication at Faculty of Law |
2013

Abstract

The contribution opens issues of existence of rehabilitation in international law as a form of reparation and states that it is currently still an evolving normativity that is both unclear in its customary existence as well as in its content. Though it is still unclear regarding its content, even where rehabilitation appears in international treaties, it might not be to its detriment because rehabilitation needs to react to particular situations.
