Abstract
The article ananlysis the beginning of the "GreatGame" among Tzaris tRussia, Great Britain, and France. Special attention is paid to the Russo-Persian War 1804-1813 and Gulistan Agreement, which resulted in annexation of Northern Aerbaijan to Russia.
