Abstract
The content of this book is to monitor changes of a certain section rule of law, regulating the organization and functioning of agriculture in the transition from one mode to another mode and during their stabilization. This work deals with normative regulation of Czechoslovak and Czech agriculture in the application of its collectivized form and in the second part in the transition of Czechoslovakia and the Czech agriculture on his market appearance.
