Constitutional officials in the parliamentary form of government - legal and political responsibility

Abstract

For relationships in the parliamentary form of goverment is characteristic especially political responsibility, exceptionally constitutional and criminal responsibility. The chapter describes contemporary tendencies of development of this institute.
