Cardiorenal syndrome in AA amyloidosis due to a combination of two mutations in the genes for periodic fever

Abstract

We describe a case of 59 years old Caucasian, living in Czech Republic, who manifested with symptoms of autoinflammatory syndrome, which does not belong to any known predisposing ethnic groups for this disease.
