Abstract

This case study is a typical example of the issue of patients with chronic aortic regurgitation. I tis usually for a long time tolerated.

Regular clinical and echocardiographic controls are therefore essential for the right time assessment to operate the valve (valvuloplasty or valve replacement), before there is a irreversible left ventricular function deterioration and heart failure development.
