Abstrakt
Cytokines significantly regulate the complex immunological process - inflammation. They are indispensable in both induction and effector phase of the inflammatory response.
The spectrum of produced cytokines illustrates the fact that during the 5-day cultivation the innate immunity reaction, which triggers inflammation, was started. Only the presence and cross-referencing of other cytokines and chemokines may show whether it will become a chronic inflammation – destructive – or used to repair damaged tissue.
