Abstract

This short communication deals with the case report of a patient with known heart murmur since her young age. She was admitted for progressive dyspnea on effort.

Echocardiographic examination showed, that the reason for dyspnea was not congenital or rheumatic but degenerative severe aortic stenosis. Aortic valve replacement was successfully performed.
