Abstract
Cytokines regulate a significant immunological complex process and are indispensable in both the induction and effector phase of the inflammatory response. Therefore, it can be a significant contribution to the reactions that accompany the different stages of healing implants.
The aim of the study was to determine how variously treated surfaces of prepared research materials affect cytokine production by mononuclear cells isolated from buffy coats of healthy blood donors.
