Why is an asset of e-learning being seen differently by students?

Abstract

The overview study describes the prospective variables playing their part on an asset of e-learning program for students. Commentary is divided in five sections:

1) personality differences of students (temperament, self-conception, locus control),

2) psychological processes in individual learning (establishing an objective, adding knowledge, learning styles, positive and negative emotions),

3) psychological processes in cooperative learning (training community constitution, co-framing the knowledge),

4) specific characteristics of e-learning systems (macro-adaptive and micro-adaptive approach),

5) learning styles differences (achievement, contentment, utility, expectations realizing).
