Artificial materials such as nanofibers with additives (PLA, PCL, HA, etc.), ceramics or metals are designed to substitute the role of native tissues, especially the extracellular matrix in clinical and theoretical medicine. The histological methods and fluorescent dyes do not provide sufficient information about the shape, thickness, density, waviness, etc. of the extracellular matrix proteins, and furthermore the sample preparation directly influences the characteristics of the inner structure.
