Abstract
Patients and patients suffering from functional disorders constitute a major part of the clientele practitioner and various specialists. Diagnoses malfunctions summarize heterogeneous group of difficulties, sometimes arranged in a typical syndromes (irritable bowel syndrome, tension headache, fibromyalgia, etc.) sometimes less certain.
For the majority of chronic problems - mostly pain and malfunction - not scientific medicine appropriate objective correlative.
