Abstract
Publications comprehensively discusses the use of mediation in various fields, not only legal, but also eg in interpersonal relationships, including family mediation, mediation in the social fields of law, etc. In terms of mediation in criminal law, family law, the judiciary in Juveniles, in matters of copyright, in insolvency proceedings, etc. it is shown here how the education system mediator, the mediator individual style, his qualifications, but also the evaluation of the quality of mediation, as well as the confidentiality of the mediator, etc.
