Abstract

Standards in its general and special part defines the basic concepts, target groups for preventive programs and the principle of effectiveness of primary preventive action. Further, in the form of point categories define the characteristics that should generally meet the quality program, such as: availability, zacílenost, respect for the rights of clients, client needs assessment, adequate staffing and organizational security programs appropriate material - technical support and more.

Since 2012, the Standards aim to consider the possibility of evaluating the quality of programs aimed at any type of risk behavior and in their own special section distinguishes between three types of direct preventive action, three types of programs: universal, selective and indicated school-based primary prevention of risky behavior.
