These two texts, the certification procedure and methodology of the local investigation, regulate the conditions for certification of educational programs for primary prevention according to standards of professional competence for providers of school-based primary prevention of risky behaviors by 2012. They define the basic concepts, objectives and principles of certification and describe the roles of the various actors involved in the whole process and the process itself at different levels of generality.
The certification procedure is a general provision and methodology of the local investigation, the tool of practical implementation of the certification process. The document also contains the final report form and protocol of the local investigation.
