Abstract
In the late summer of this year, 15 September 2013, will be 60 years since the establishment of the first specialized facility for the treatment of burns European kontinentu.Profesor František Burian, founder and first head of the Prague plastic surgery clinics, set up a bed burns department at Leger Street, where he worked for over three decades let.Absolutní most burns include between preventable accidents. The frequency of occurrence is significantly influenced by the education of the population, the level of discipline in compliance with safety regulations, socio-economic status and technological development.
