Decompensation of diabetes mellitus as a cause of anemia in acute illness

Abstract

Case report presents a case of a patient who is an example patients with anemia of chronic disease with absence of disease that anemia caused other than acutely decompensated diabetes mellitus. This case study demonstrates the possible causal connection acute decompensation of diabetes mellitus and acute anemia.
