Abstract
In recent years we have witnessed former increase in cancer disease. In developed countries become ill during his lifetime cancer instruction Dore every fourth person.
This high prevalence of cancer is caused by the increasing incidence. At the same time, however, can be observed will reduce the mortality due to improving diagnosis and treatment in particular.
Tumours of the gastrointestinal tract represent a heterogeneous group consisting poison frequent cancers (colorectal cancer, gastric carcinoma, pancreatic carcinoma, etc.) and less numerous tumors (neuroendocrine tumors).
