Specifics of Heterogeneous Groups in the Further Education System

Abstract

This paper is a study focused on issues of specific heterogeneous groups in the further education and discusses possible approaches to the teaching in the various profesion based study groups in distance learning using virtual learning environments to support teaching and application of partial elements of Keller's plan.
