Abstract

The monograph deals with current changes in regulation of criminal sanctions in the new Criminal Code, its application in practice and present trends in sanction policy. It is also concerned with analysis of media presentation of changes in the new Criminal Code and with public opinions with regard to punishments, sentencing and sanction policy.
