Abstract
The paper discusses the different needs and reciprocity existence family in relation to society as a whole (as a small family social group). On the other hand, family implements predominantly cohabitation of different entities meet the individual needs the individual biologically and traditionally.
What role is played by the law and its standards, expressing these different "needs". The issue will be considered especially from a contemporary perspective - social phenomena involved in postmodern society.
