Publication at Second Faculty of Medicine |
2013

Abstract

This article presents the rule of diagnosis and treatment of supracondylar humeral fractures in children, including their causes of origin. Three cases of children with concomitant vascular injury are reported.

In two of these cases it was necessary to excise segments of the brachial artery, in the remaining one expanding the diameter of the blood vessel was sufficient.
