Abstract
The author describes his work in Zambia, where he was in October 2013 as a volunteer trip to the Czech doctors in developing countries. The project was organized by Caritas Czech Republic and subsidized Development Agency of the Czech Republic.
This project aims to improve the care of the mother and child, because mortality and morbidity of mothers and newborns in Zambia is high.
