Abstract
The purpose of this contribution is inform teachers with importance falls and jumps in progress swimming teaching. The falls and jumps contribute to adaptation processions to water environment and create foundations for building start jump.
This contribution simultaneously highlight out the elementary component of the safety and optimal execution in select falls and jumps.
