Abstract
Insulin pump treatment is the most intense way for Type 1 diabetes treatment. Insulin pump allows for very precise dosing of insulin which is especially efficient when combined precise self-monitoring of blood glucose.
In motivated and co-operating patient insulin pump treatment may improve diabetes control and reduce the risk of hypoglycemia.
