Abstract
In the chapter "Legal aspects of rationing in health care" is not a detailed interpretation of the issue and vyčrpávající rationalization of health services rather formulate opinions for further discussion on this topic. The paper leads to the conclusion that the right to health care is not an absolute right and citizens directly enforceable and that the possibility of the realization of this right is related to the economic possibilities of the country.
