Abstract
Currently, under the influence of waves of changes in the provision of residential social services, there is finally a change for the better for people with mental disabilities. It is given greater emphasis on respect for and observance of the rights of these people formed organizations and projects which of dedicated and support the process.
Transformation of Social Housing services represents a shift to a better life for those who still lived in the mode devices residential social services.
