Optimization of hospice services in the context of quality improving of specialist palliative care

Abstract

In this contribution author deals with the issue of quality improving of specialist palliative care through the results of research. The primary objective of the research was to identify the needs, current problems and ideas about the optimal functioning of managers and employees of hospices belonging to specialized hospice palliative care, based from the concept of palliative care.
