Abstract
This article aims to the description of entrepreneurship in obligatory solidarity – also, traditionally non-profit area in social protection. Particularly, this article focuses on entrepreneurship in social care, where should be a diversity of care providers.
Withal, the social care is regulated and guaranteed by state. This article apprise of the obligatory solidarity theory, entrepreneurship theory and their connection.
The article brings arguments for partial deregulation of social care, which conduces to efficiency increase.
