Abstract
Knowing the effectiveness of teacher's work focuses on various aspects of its educational activities. Text is dedicated to the professional skills of teachers (branch, didactic, diagnostic and social) and how it can manifest in their teaching styles.
It also presents the results of educational research styles of teachers in reflection of pupils who have pointed out that educational style characterized by strong leadership and positive educational relationship most prized pupils.
