Teachers: learning community and social competence

Abstract

The contribution deals with the teachers learning communities in relation with their social competence.The relation is searched in preservice teacher education and in conditions of professional learning at schools. To understand more the issue the results of empirical research is used: action reasech of cooperative learning groups in teacher education and questionnaire concerning forms of teachers cooperation and their need to learn social competence.
