Abstract
Soft tissue sarcomas represent a mesenchymal tumors arising from connective tissue rather heterogeneous group of diseases. Among rare tumors represent about 1% of all malignant diseases in adults.
Often, this diagnosis does not intend, and sick come with advanced disease. European Society for Medical Oncology published last year recommendations for diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients with soft tissue sarcomas.
Because these tumors raritnosti their treatment should be concentrated in centers that are able to conduct patient management within a multidisciplinary team of experts.
