Abstract

Metabolic liver function significantly contribute to the overall clearance range of drugs. Prediction of hepatic metabolic disorders based on current biochemical enzyme activities is not sufficient.

It is always necessary to consider whether the drug is needed, use small doses and closely monitor the patient.
