Abstract
The chapter examines the existing publication of the Municipal Rights of the Kingdom of Bohemia, the so-called Brief summa and Fines, in the context of publishing sources for understanding the legal system of the Kingdom of Bohemia in the early modern age. The text of the chapter is supplemented by a palaeographic and iconographic analysis and rules for its modern editing and publishing from the viewpoint of the evolution of the Czech language.
