Abstract
The scope and content of research: 1:The aim of the project is research of the molecular markers - hTERT mutations , mutation IDH1 , IDH2 , MGMT promoter methylation and miRNA molecules ( miR -21 and others) to improvement of diagnosis, prognosis of the patient and help better individualize therapy. The target group of patients will be patients with glial brain tumors ( oligodendroglioma , astrocytoma grade II- IV). 2: The aim of the project is research of the molecular predictors of chemotherapy of NSCLC patients.
We determine the expression of potential predictors in tumor tissue. We assess expression of ERCC1 , RRM1 , BRCA1 , TS genes and family of genes of ABC transporter proteins , SLC transporter proteins and miRNAs molecules to evaluate their predictive value and prognostic significance - the risk of recurrence.
