Abstract

Metformin reduces the risk of cancer, improves survival of patients with known coronary artery disease. In terms of tolerance is a major benefit of metformin dosage form XR extended release of the active substance.

Reducing the incidence of dyspeptic disorders to improve adherence to therapy by the patient, and ultimately to improve treatment outcomes.
