Abstract
In this chapter we present summary of basic laboratory diagnostic methods using at geriatric patients in praxis. We show on specific access for assessment of elderly people with polymorbidity.
We present also typical physiological changes in the old age and an access to evaluation of laboratory results at older people with polymorbidity.
