Differences between the snow water equivalent in the forest and open areas in the Jizera Mountains, Czech Republic

Abstrakt

The study deals with the analyses of long-term snow measurements performed in the top-parts of the Jizera Mts. The method for determining the amount of snow storage in forest based on the measurements in open areas is presented.
