Abstract
Galanin and galanin-like peptide are two of most important neuropeptides. They acts through three receptor subtypes.
We demonstrated presence of all parts of galaninergic system in neurohypophysis. We also found evidence of connection of galaninergic system with vasopressin and oxytocin.
