Abstract
Text first examines the transformation of the relationship between the Church and civil society. For the Church and society is crucial theme of power, which is a prerequisite to the lives of the people could not only organize, but also to develop.
What is the nature of power in the Church? O how the concept can be based contemporary society? He has a very religious nature or is (and should be) completely secularized? It is generally possible to identify religious power with the power of God? What is the origin of power exercised here on earth? A number of questions opens up the issue, which ended a development after the council had to deal with.
