Abstract

Intestinal microbiota and chronic cinflammation influence the whole process of colorectal carcinogenesis. .Manipulation with microbiota alters the evolution of colorectal cancer (CRC).The intensity of intestinal inflammation correlates with the evolution of CRC induced by microbes, and microbiota induced inflammation supports the evolution of adenoma into the invasive CRC.
