Abstract
During the research done together with a company Dynex Technologies spol. s r.o., the genes encoded 16S rRNA were sequenced. Those sequences have been used for further designing of specific diagnostic kits for clinically important fastidious microbes.
During the research, some bacterial species (e.g., Actinomyces spp., Gram-negative non-fermenting rods) were cultivated, their DNA was isolated and the gene encoded for 16S rRNA was sequenced. The sequences were analyzed using BLAST software and provided to the company (Dynex Technologies, spol. s r.o.).
