Abstract

Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) in children and adolescents occur up to 25% of all patiens. Early manifestation of IBD is used to considering the most risk factor of the disease.

There is very important to take maximal care of pediatric patiens using multimodal and biological therapy respectively, followed by the good monitoring of the management protocol. IBD are more prevalent in city´s population of the industrial countries and in Jews.

Low incindence has been observed in Hispanics and Asiatics. Smoking is a risk factor in Crohn´s disease, however, it is a protective one in ulcerative colitis.
