Abstract

Indications arthroplasty of the shoulder joint are chronic disability glenohumeral joint, a painful condition of extensive damage to the rotator cuff, traumatic involvement of the proximal humerus and oncological affections. When indication is required individual balance sheet on physical needs of the patient.

Accordingly, it is chosen as the design and type of implant. The results of shoulder arthroplasty demonstrate that it is a proven method of treatment.
