Abstract
The main objective of the monograph is to provide recommendations for application of the doctrine of penetration in the Czech Republic and the secondary objective is then to assess the effects of breaking the principles of legal individuality and a limited liability as a result of penetration and submit analysis approach to penetration in selected jurisdictions, (USA, UK, Germany).
